Garlic & herb dip Ingredients 1 garlic clove A handful of fresh herbs: basil, chives, parsley, coriander 100ml plain, low-fat yogurt Salt Method 1 Chop garlic finely. French herby dressing Ingredients 1/ clove garlic 2 2g each of chives, thyme, mint 50ml olive oil 1/ tbsp white wine vinegar 2 1 tsp soft brown sugar 1/ tsp wholegrain mustard 2 Salt and pepper Method 1 Finely chop garlic clove in mini-chopper. Fresh coriander chutney Ingredients 25g fresh coriander leaves 1 green chilli 1 garlic clove 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp natural yoghurt 1/ tsp golden caster sugar 2 Salt and pepper Method 1 Roughly chop herbs in mini chopper, 5g at a time. 4 Mix all these together and add remaining ingredients.
