During the mixing process it will be necessary to control the speed of the Mixing Bowl rotating by using your hand on the Mixing Bowl side to either slow it down or assisting it turn to clockwise & anticlockwise. You can also rotate the bowl in the opposite direction (anticlockwise), ingredients will be incorporated further for a more effective mix for some recipes. During mixing, ingredients may splash or cling to the side of the Mixing Bowl, turn the Mixer to the ‘Off’ position, using the Spatula scrape the side of the Mixing Bowl incorporating this into the center of the Mixing Bowl, continue mixing. When individual ingredients are added it may be necessary to scrape the side of the bowl further, always turn the Mixer off first.
