Then lift off the dust bag container cover. Removing the dust bag 1 Lift the dust bag holder , upwards to remove. 2 Slide the dust bag away from the inlet tube · 3 Dispose of the bag with your household waste. Refitting the dust bag 1 Slide the bag over the dust inlet tube. 2 Slide the dust bag holder , down over both the cardboard collar of the bag and the plastic stop. The bag should now be firmly held against the stop. Refitting the dust container cover 1 Place the cover on top of the dust bag container. 2 Secure the fixing clip on top of the cover and then pressing the bottom part of the clips down 6 70191rev2 17/1/06 1:31 PM Page 7 Cleaning the foam lid filter DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT WITHOUT THE FOAM FILTER FITTED 1 To clean the foam filter first remove the dust container cover. 4 Lift off the cover base 5 Remove the foam filter 6 Wash the foam in cold water. 7 Leave to air-dry IMPORTANT: The foam must be thoughly dry before re-fitting. 8 Place the foam inside the lid, then fit the lid cover ensuring all edge clips are fully engaged. 9 Re-fit to the dust bag container.
