To qualify for the 2 year guarantee the appliance must have been used according to the manufacturers instructions. For example kettles should have been regularly descaled or an iron cord should have been stored as recommended by the instructions. In the unlikely event of any appliance proving to be faulty within 28 days of purchase it should be returned to the place of purchase for it to be replaced.
