How can reflexology help?
Due to injury, stress or illness, the body can end up in a state of imbalance. Vital energy pathways can be blocked, which can prevent the body from functioning properly. Reflexology can be used to release these blockages and return the body to its natural equilibrium, thus encouraging the healing process. [. . . ] However it is important that the following people take special care: pregnant women, those with a history of thrombosis and those suffering from chronic heart disease.
Reflexology guide
What is reflexology? The Chinese, Indians and Egyptians first practised the ancient art of reflexology. It relates to the science of stimulating the bodys natural healing forces through foot massage.
