[. . . ] A OPERATION Suction hose B Push the 360° rotating head on the suction hose È into the suction hose opening ¤ on the vacuum cleaner. The appropriate cleaning tool can be attached directly to the other end of the suction hose or the telescopic metal tube can be used between the suction hose and the tool. IMPORTANT: Ensure that the appliance is never left unattended whilst it is switched on. When emptied, it is recommended that the dust bag is turned inside out and brushed clean before replacing the slider onto the bottom of the bag and refitting the bag into the machine. IMPORTANT: The dust bag compartment cover can only be closed once a dust bag has been correctly fitted. G 5 6 Switching off G Switch off the appliance. Remove the plug from the mains supply and rewind the power cable using the cable rewind switch fl. WARNING: When using the cable rewind, always hold the plug as the cable will rewind quickly. H Washing the permanent dustbag We recommend the dustbag is washed regularly to maintain performance. IMPORTANT: · Ensure the bag is thoroughly dry before replacing into the machine. This allows the product to be used whilst the bag is washed. I STORAGE Tube park H The vacuum cleaner can be stored in an upright position. Rotate the floor nozzle until the lug on the neck can be fitted into the tube park slot on the base of the appliance ·. J DUSTBAG Changing the dustbag K If suction power is reduced or if the `dust bag full' indicator < is permanently fully red, the dust bag needs emptying and cleaning. Hold the dust bag over a dustbin and slide the clip from · FILTERS Changing/cleaning the motor protection filter The motor protection filter is accessible from the dust compartment only when the dust bag has been removed first.
