To access the filter assembly, rotate the dust canister lid Ù anti-clockwise and remove from the dust canister J. 4 Detach the pleated circular filter Ò from the canister lid Ù by a firm pull action L. L 2 Ò Ù J 5 Both the mesh and pleated filters may be washed (in warm water only) but must be thoroughly air-dried before refitting. Re-locate the pleated filter back into position on the canister lid by aligning the tabs on the dust canister lid Ù (marked by arrows) L with cut away sections on the top of the pleated filter before pushing into place.
