If the gaskets show any signs of damage or wear such as brittleness, cracking, or discoloration, the camera may no longer be watertight. Take the camera to an authorized Minolta Service Facility to have the gaskets replaced. The camera may be irreparably damaged if it is exposed to moisture before the gaskets are replaced.
