The wooden shelves are removable and height-adjustable and can be arranged to suit your individual requirements. Descriptive labels Use the labels supplied to identify your wine quickly and easily. Additional labels can be purchased from your Miele Dealer or the Miele Spare Parts Department. To unlock the appliance, carry out the procedure in the reverse order but turn the key in the opposite direction. 17 Alarm Your appliance is fitted with a warning system which ensures that the temperature cannot rise or fall unnoticed and impair the wine. Activating the alarm system The alarm system is always active. It does not have to be switched on manually. Temperature alarm The alarm will sound if the temperature in the appliance rises approx.
