To de-activate the child safety lock: Press the control for the child safety lock a until the indicator light above it goes out. 21 Safety locks Safety cut-out feature The cooktop has a safety cut-out feature in case it is not turned off after use. To remove any limescale deposits or metallic residue apply ceramic cleanser using a soft cloth or use a sheilded scraper blade if necessary.
