The maximum load is 33 lbs (15 kg). 9 Cleaning and care Cleaning the plate warmer Let the drawer cool before cleaning. Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool or caustic (oven) cleaners on the plate warmer. The exterior of the plate warmer can be cleaned with warm water and liquid dish soap applied with a soft sponge.
