Risk of accident i The speed indicated in the speedometer may differ slightly from the speed limit set. You can set the unit for the speed display using the operating system ( page 144). If there is an obstacle within this range, all the segments in the warning display will flash and you will hear a warning signal. If your vehicle's distance to the obstacle falls below the minimum, the distance may no longer be displayed. Centre Corners 150 cm 100 cm Nur fuer internen Gebrauch 219 Controls in detail Driving systems Warning display The warning display shows the distance between the sensors and the obstacle. The warning display is divided into two green, two yellow and two red segments. It is operational when you hear a signal and all the segments have lit up briefly. One or more segments light up as the vehicle approaches an obstacle, depending on the vehicle's distance from the obstacle. When the fourth segment is lit, you will hear an intermittent warning, and when the sixth segment is lit, you will hear a constant warning lasting a maximum of three seconds. Station wagon The warning display is located in the rear compartment near the rear door.
