If no recommendations are given, refer to those in Chapter 8, Before washing. TRANSPORT SUPPORTS The door of the washer opens electrically. Consequently, the door cannot be opened normally until the machine is connected to an electric power supply. [. . . ] The wash will then remain floating in the final rinsing water and will not become creased. Once the programme is complete, you can then select one or other of the Spin or Drain programmes or press the door opening button to empty the rinsing water from the machine. Delayed start Select the spin speed by indexing forward with the button. You can select speeds from 400-1600 revolu- Set the number of hours by which the start will be delayed by indexing forward with the button. A delay of 5 hours thus means that the machine will start the programme 5 hours after pressing the start button. denotes that the option is disconnected and that the programme will start immediately as usual. 14 Super rinse Super rinse is switched on or off by pressing the button. The LED next to the button will light when Super rinse is switched on. Super rinse means that extra rinses will be added to the programme; see the Table. E2 Eco/Efficiency The LED next to the button indicates that the programme has started. NOTE 7 C L O S E T H E D O O R A N D S TA RT T H E PROGRAMME WITH THE BUTTON If the child lock is on, the button must be held down for 3 seconds. Remaining time E2 is switched on or off by pressing the button. This option means that the main wash will be extended by about 22 minutes. For more information about E2 Eco/Efficiency, see Chapter 8 ­ Before washing. Pre-soak The remaining time (hours and minutes) is shown in the display while the programme is operating. Once a programme has started, an estimated running time for the programme is displayed. This time may vary to some extent from time to time due to the temperature of the incoming water and the size of the load. The remaining time is recalculated before the final rinse and may then be increased or reduced to some extent. Pre-soak is switched on or off by pressing the button. The Pre-soaking option 2 h means that your washing will be soaked for two hours before the programme starts. The drum will rotate on two occasions every tenth minute. 2h 15 DURING THE PROGRAMME If you wish to interrupt or change the programme Hold down the button for three seconds. An extinguished LED next to the button indicates that the programme has been interrupted. Add more detergent, if necessary, before selecting a new programme. Putting in or taking out washing If you wish to put in or take out washing after you have started the machine, you must hold down the button for three seconds, when the LED next to the button will light. Put in more washing, add more detergent, if necessary, and close the door. The washing programme will restart automatically from the point at which it was interrupted. Changing settings after starting will not affect the programme. - Spin speed ­ can be altered before the water is pumped out after the main wash. You should instead interrupt the programme, change the settings and restart the machine. - Super rinse ­ can be altered before the water is pumped out after the main wash. -The Pre-soak option means that the washing is left to soak for two hours before the programme starts. It is possible for you to alter certain settings and options after you have started the washing programme. [. . . ] The temperature can be displayed either in degrees Celsius (C) or Fahrenheit (F). CC and CF indicate that the machine is set for the temperature of the incoming water. To change the display, see the section Wash temperature ­ Celsius or Fahrenheit in this Chapter. Programme complete. The programme will then be run without spins and will be completed with the final rinse water still in the machine. [. . . ]
