Consult the instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the frame for the corresponding travel between the shock absorber and the wheel, as this depends on the geometry of the rear mount of the mountain bike and the pivot point used to fix the shock absorber to the compound lever of the rear suspension. Vor Beginn der Montage am Rahmen muss der Monteur kontrollieren, ob der Stoßdämpfer beim Betrieb gegen Teile des Mountainbikes schlagen kann. Pulire accuratamente il corpo ammortizzatore prestando particolare cura alla pulizia della filettatura su cui ruota la ghiera del precarico della molla, dell'asta dell'ammortizzatore e degli elementi di fissaggio al telaio. ATTENZIONE I depositi di fango e polvere se non rimossi prontamente possono causare gravi danni al sistema di sopensione.
