Advanced connections If a layer in which nothing is recorded is selected, the other layer that exists on the disc is played back automatically. NOTE Sound mode cannot be changed for discs with only a Super Audio CD area. Advanced operations Turning the power off [S. MODE] [POWER] [DISC] The sound mode can also be set using "SA-CD (Switching sound mode)" (vpage 20) in the setting menu. Press <ON/STANDBY> or [POWER]. Power is set to standby and the power indicator lights. 1 2 Check that no disc is loaded. Turn the power on.
