Set combination control lever to ?CHOKE?, pull the starter handle several times and remove spark plug. If the end of the spark plug is wet with fuel, Is fuel sucked into the cylinder?If fuel is not sucked properly, check the carburetor entry and fuel strainer entry for possible blockage.
