Attach the Cigarette Lighter Adapter to the TrafficKit Receiver.

Attach the cradle and mount to the Magellan RoadMate 3000T. 

Mount the assembly in your vehicle using the method desired (windshield,  adapter plate or other). Attach the FM antenna to the vehicle's windshield using the suction cups. The antenna should be placed in an area where it will be able to receive traffic signals. 

Make sure you have the power cable looped into the stress relief loop as seen here.
