[. . . ] Heavy Pick Bass Down All samples in this instrument are downward picks. < Up is an upward pluck on the string, sometimes labeled U. Ex. Heavy Pick Bass Up All samples in this instrument are upward picks. 3 < RR or Round Robin means that different sets of samples in the instrument are configured to play one after another, over and over again. They are triggred by a key in the instrument being pressed, released and then pressed again. Heavy Pick Bass RR_D-U This program will change between down picks and up picks just by pressing the keys. This will happen repeatedly for any note in the instrument. < Mod wheel changes are labeled MW and then followed by its function. Ex. Heavy Pick Bass MW_D-U This mod wheel control program changes between down picks and up picks. When the mod wheel is at its lowest point only down picks can play, and at its highest point up picks can play. < Keyswitches are labeled KS, and distinguished by a note name marking the keyswitch and its function. Ex. Pbass Finger KS_F4-G4 Slap This keyswitch changes between fingered and slapped samples by pressing either the F4 or G4 key. < FX Program Layout The FX program has a variety of different scrapes, slides, squeals, and more--laid out chromatically across the keyboard.
