How to use your appliance The 7 Cuochi oven combines the advantages of traditional convection ovens with those of the more modern fan assisted models in a single appliance. It is an extremely versatile appliance that allows you to choose easily and safely between 7 different cooking modes. [. . . ] These control knobs allow you to choose from two different power levels, both adjustable from a minimum setting of 1 to a maximum setting of 12. Turn the knob to the travel limit stop (A), which is indicated by a slight click, to enable the maximum power level, which in turn can be adjusted between 12 and 1 by turning the knob anticlockwise. Cooking on More Than One Rack If you have to cook food using several racks, use either delicate food on the 4th rack from the bottom and take the food requiring less time out of the oven first.
