The pages will allow you to become aware of the proper electrical and installation requirements for your new game. [. . . ] LTE will, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace any defective component of the REFLEX ZONE™ game, provided that Purchaser has notified LTE in writing within ninety (90) days after Delivery, and upon inspection, LTE has found such REFLEX ZONE™ game component to be defective and covered by this limited warranty. The Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to such repair or replacement f. o. b. The warranties set out above do not cover accidents, fire, theft, neglect, abuse, acts of God or other such casualties, or any other conditions or events occurring external to the REFLEX ZONE™ game other than those caused by LTE which directly result in a failure or malfunction or otherwise adversely affect the operation of the REFLEX ZONE™ game. The warranties set out above also do not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper modification, assembly, or improper repairs made on the REFLEX ZONE™ game. LTE will assume no liability whatsoever, for costs associated with labor to replace defective parts, or travel time associated therein. LTE’s obligation will be to ship free of charge, replacement parts by UPS Ground, U. S. Any Express Mail or Overnight shipping expense is at the cost of the purchaser. Defective parts are returned to LTE, shipping prepaid, in a timely fashion, if requested by LTE. A copy of the sales receipt is available as proof of purchase upon request by LTE. b) c) d) e) f) LTE distributors are independent, privately owned and operated. In their judgment, they may sell parts or accessories other than those manufactured by LTE. We can not be responsible for the quality, suitability, or safety of any non-LTE part, or any modification, including labor, which is performed by such distributor. THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, ALL OF WHICH LTE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. g) 20 R E F L E X Z O N E : S E R V I C E Game License REFLEX ZONE™ LICENSES. a) LT Equipment, Inc. (LTE) hereby grants to Purchaser a transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license: i) to operate the REFLEX ZONE™ game (“Equipment”) with LT Equipment, Inc’s (LTE) Trademark “REFLEX ZONE™” (“Mark”) affixed to such Equipment solely in the manner LTE has applied the Mark to the Equipment prior to shipment; and to utilize the software and circuitry included with the Equipment solely to operate the Equipment. . LTE owns or possesses by license sufficient rights to use the Mark, Software and Circuitry in the manner affixed to and/or incorporated within the Equipment. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Purchaser shall not use the Mark to identify its business organization, or its facilities or the locations at which the Equipment is located, nor to identify any other product or service offered by Purchaser or any parent, subsidiary or affiliated person, firm, corporation, partnership or entity of Purchaser. ii) b) Purchaser acknowledges that the Mark, Circuitry and Software are the exclusive property of LTE and that Purchaser does not have and will not at any time hereafter have or claim directly or indirectly any right, title or ownership interest in or to the Mark, Circuitry and/or Software. Purchaser acknowledges that no other right or license is granted by LTE to Purchaser, either express or implied, with respect to any other trademark, trade name, service mark, or other intellectual property right owned, possessed, or licensed by or to LTE. Purchaser shall not alter or use the Mark, Circuitry and/or Software in any manner not specifically authorized by this Agreement. c) 21 R E F L E X Z O N E : S E R V I C E Repair Cautions Before servicing Reflex Zone, be sure to read the WARNING below: ¨ WARNING: Power Game OFF before Servicing Failure to remove the power from Reflex Zone, prior to Servicing, may result in serious injury to yourself and/or others. Test Mode To verify that all the major components of your Reflex Zone are working properly, please follow the procedure listed below: 1. Turn the main power switch back to the ON position. The game will take a few moments to initialize. While this is happening, observe the game’s Lower and Upper Display Readouts. Immediately upon viewing the words, “Reflex Zone…” scrolling on the Display Readouts - press the following 4 Buttons to enter into the Reflex Zone’s Setup Mode. You will know that you have entered this mode if you see the following displayed in the “YOUR TIME” display - “SU”. Su YOUR TIME YOUR TIME TO TICKETS BEAT 22 R E F L E X Z O N E : S E R V I C E 4. Step 000 of the Diagnostics procedure will be displayed, as shown below: SP YOUR TIME 000 000 YOUR TIME TO TICKETS BEAT 5. [. . . ] Verify in the Configuration Table that Option#009 is set to the correct ID for each particular cabinet. Verify that the Coin Mech Rotary Switch is set identical to Option#009. Confirm that all LINK cables are attached properly to the outside and inside of each cabinet. Confirm that the Com Cable from the MPU to the Coin Mech Interface Board “Com” is attached and that there are no open wires. [. . . ]
