[. . . ] BEFORE USING THE CALCULATOR Before using this calculator for the first time, remove the static label from the LCD screen and pull the battery tab located on the battery door. Key Notation Used in this Manual In this manual, specific notation is used to describe operations made on the calculator. Memory Calculations ( page 8) This calculator has one independent memory (M), one last answer memory, and two temporary memories, (X, Y).
