Module Removal & Installation The LaCie 12big Rack Fibre and LaCie 12big Rack Fibre expansion enclosure is supplied fully populated with all plug-in modules installed. However, during installation it is strongly recommended to remove the plug-in modules in order to lighten the enclosure while the rail assemblies are installed and the enclosure installed into the rack cabinet. The removal and installation procedures for each plug-in module are provided in this section. 2. 4. 1. Power Supply Module Fig. Push the latch, above the power supply handle, to the right, then grip the handle and pull the module out of the enclosure. Check for damage, especially to the rear connector on the power supply.
