Import Information from Device 1 From the Device menu, select Device list. The Device list screen is displayed. The Import device information screen is displayed. ­ ­ ­ ­ Administrator settings: Select this to read administrator settings from a device. Authentication: Select this when importing authentication settings from devices. Address settings: Select this when importing address settings from devices. Import to: To connect devices and import the most recent data, select Import from the device, and to import data from the last access from a local file, click Previous data. The Device information screen is displayed. 4 From the Device information screen, select the items to configure. For details on settings for each device item, refer to Help. If the SNMP read community name has changed, the Input SNMP read community name will be displayed. Input the read community name, and click OK. When the Administrator Password Is Displayed % Input the Administrator password. ­ ­ Administrator password: Input the device administrator password. Administrator password (Confirmation): Retype the administrator password for confirmation. When the SNMP Read Community Name Is Displayed % Input the SNMP Read community name. ­ Read community name : Input the SNMP Read community name.
