Use Setup to customize your camera settings. to highlight a setting, then press OK.

Press Menu, to highlight Setup, Options then OK to access settings Auto Power Off 10 minutes Choose inactivity time until camera turns off. 5 minutes 3 minutes 1 minute TV Out Choose the regional setting for connecting to a television or other external device. Internal Memory--deletes everything in internal memory including email addresses; formats the internal memory.
CAUTION: Formatting deletes all pictures/videos, including those that are protected. Removing a card during formatting may damage the card.

Using exposure compensation to adjust picture brightness
Before you take a picture, you can adjust exposure compensation to make pictures darker or lighter.
Press Press
to decrease exposure compensation. to increase exposure compensation.
The exposure compensation level is shown on the LCD; the LCD gets brighter or dimmer.

To better understand each menu option, use camera Help. 2 Press the Telephoto (T) button.

Using the framing grid to compose a picture
The framing grid divides the LCD into thirds--vertically and horizontally. This is helpful if, for example, you want to balance a picture between water, earth, and sky. To turn on the framing grid in Auto/SCN modes, press the Info/Display button until the grid appears.

Sharing your pictures
Press the Share button to tag your pictures and videos. (The most recent picture/video taken is then displayed. ) After pressing the Review button.
Tagging pictures for printing
1 Press the Share button. to highlight Print, then press OK.
3 Press to select the number of copies (0-99). Optional: You can apply a print quantity to other pictures with the print quantity screen displayed. Printing tagged pictures When you transfer the tagged pictures to your computer, the Kodak EasyShare software print screen opens. For more information on printing from your computer, PictBridge enabled printer, or card, see page 26. (10 x 15 cm) prints, set the camera to a 3:2 picture size.

Tagging pictures/videos for email
First--create email addresses To create email addresses, use the Add Address option and the on-camera keyboard; or create them in EasyShare software and copy them to the camera's internal memory. Second--tag pictures/videos on your camera 1 Press 2 Press 3 Press to find a picture/video, the press the Share button. to highlight an email address, then press OK.
To assign the same address to other pictures/videos, press to scroll through pictures/videos. Third--transfer and email When you transfer these pictures/videos to your computer, EasyShare software prompts you to send them. For details, see Help in EasyShare software.
