Never use steam or high pressure steam cleaners to clean the appliance. Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply, before carrying out any cleaning or manteinance work. The functions "Cooking duration" e "End of cooking time" can be used simultaneously to set the oven to switch on and off automatically at a later time. With the "Cooking duration" function (carry out the cooking duration setting as described in the relevant chapter) set the duration time. Do not allow it to fall open - support the door using the door handle, until it is fully open. White meat, poultry and fish in general, need a medium temperature cooking (between 150 and 175 °C). When using this cooking function, select a maximum temperature of 200°C. the full grill element and the oven fan operate alternately , circulating hot air around the food.
