INTRO > or (Remote control) INTRO or (Remote control) To cancel the function, press the INTRO button again, clearing the indication from the display. 10 ONE DISC MODE PLAYBACK One disc can be selected and played back entirely in the ONE DISC mode, like a standard CD player. Every track of the disc can be played back once in a random order (RANDOM function). The entire disc can be played back repeatedly (REPEAT function) or one selected track can be played back repeatedly (REPEAT-1 function) in the basic mode as well as when the RANDOM function is selected. The beginning part of every track of the disc can be played back for 15 seconds (INTRO function). Playing back the disc repeatedly To repeatedly playback the entire disc selected in Step 2 above, press the REPEAT button to show "REPEAT" on the display. Then press the 3/8 button. REPEAT REPEAT or (Remote control) Basic mode 1. <By the unit> Press the PLAY MODE button as many times as required until "ONE DISC" is shown on the display. <By the remote control> Press the ONE DISC button. PLAY MODE This function can be used in the basic ONE DISC mode as well as when the RANDOM function is on. If both the RANDOM and REPEAT functions are engaged, playing back every track of the disc in random order is repeated. To cancel the function, press the REPEAT button two more times (until "REPEAT" disappears from the display). Playing back a track repeatedly You can listen to a selected track of the disc repeatedly. Press the REPEAT button twice to show "REPEAT 1" on the display. REPEAT ONE DISC or (Remote control) REPEAT or 2. See "2 Selecting a disc" on page 8 about how to select a disc. Select the track if you want to start playing back the disc from a specific track. See "3 Selecting a track" on page 9 about how to select a track.
