[. . . ] Before connecting the AV Control Center, please familiarize yourself thoroughly with this User Guide so that you fully understand the set-up procedure and functions of the product. Depending on the outputs available from your AV devices, follow the most suitable cable connection from the "Input Connection Table". Connect the video to the yellow Phono socket and the audio to the white Phono socket. [. . . ] Make sure each AV device is connected to the AV Control Center correctly (see setup above). NOTE: the input channels 1 to 4 located on the back panel are for reference only. Check that each device is connected to the AV Control Center by EITHER the left and right audio phono, SCART or optical cable. Make sure that the volume on your TV and AV devices are turned up (refer to the manuals for each device for further information) SETUP INSTRUCTIONS 1) Connect the AC Power Adapter to the AC 9V IN power connector located on the rear panel of the AV Control Center 2) Connect the output/s of the AV Control Center to your television, using either the SCART, S-Video or Phono cable. NOTE: If you are using the S-Video cable as the video output, you will need to connect the Phono cable (white and red) to the television for the audio. 3) Connect your AV devices to input's 1 to 4 ensuring the power is switched off on all devices before connecting. 4) Switch on your TV and select the "External" input channel. (Refer to your television user guide for more details) 5) Switch on the AV Control Center by either pressing the Power / Standby button at the front of the AV Control Center or by using the Remote Controller. You can select other inputs by pressing the SELECT button repeatedly or by using the remote controller. Ensure that all other devices connected to the AV Control Center are switched OFF as certain devices emit strong signals, which can interfere with the device being viewed. Do not submerse or allow the AV Control Center to come into contact with water. REMOTE CONTROLLER You can select other inputs by pressing the select button repeatedly or by using the remote controller. select the desired input channel by pressing the corresponding number on the keypad. You can turn the AV Control Center back to standby by pressing the standby button on the remote. To change the battery, follow the diagram on the back of the Remote Controller.
