Before using this setting make sure that your console is set to Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr mode within the PStwo® system configuration menu. When using this setting, both games and DVD movies will be displayed in full component colour. The Low Voltage Indicator located on the In-Car Lighter Socket indicates when the car battery voltage has become low. when the Low Voltage Indicator illuminates red , it is recommended that the driver start the car to recharge the battery. CAR BATTERY OPERATING TIME A minimum operating time of 2 to 3 hours can be expected with a typical car battery. However, it is highly recommended that the car engine be started (By the driver) every 2 to 3 hours to recharge the battery. This will guard against any unexpected shutdown of the equipment and will ensure that there is always sufficient battery capacity to start the vehicle's engine. The In-Car Power Adapter may be used whether or not the vehicle's engine is running. The In-Car Power Adapter may not operate while the engine is starting since the battery voltage can drop substantially when the engine is being turned over. Always remove the In-Car Power Adapter from the car lighter socket when the vehicle is to remain unused for several days. The In-Car Power Adapter should only be used in locations that meet the following criteria: · Dry Do not allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the In-Car Power Adapter. Cool Ambient air temperature should be between 0°C and 40°C - ideal between 15°C and 25°C (60-80°F). Do not place the In-Car Power Adapter on or near an air heating vent or any piece of equipment that is generating heat above room temperature.
