Remove the old lamp from the projector and unscrew the wires to the lamp. Connect the wires with the new lamp Tighten the screws using an appropriate screwdriver Insert the lamp in the housing. Lamps with higher wattage generate temperatures the projector was not designed for. Unscrew the nut and the first tooth ring from the fixation axis of the color disc motor. Slip the color disc onto the fixation axis of the color disc motor Slip the tooth ring first and then the nut onto the fixation axis. Fix the color wheel with motor via the fixation on the motor to the pinspot housing and tighten the screw. Hold the base plate onto the location where the device is to be installed. Make sure the area below the installation place is free from unwanted persons during servicing. During inspection the following points should be checked: · All screws used for installing the device and any of its parts should be tightly fastened and may not be corroded. ⷠHousings, fixations and installations spots (ceiling, truss, suspensions) should be totally free from any deformation.
