To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture. [. . . ] The housing and the lenses must be replaced if they are visibly damaged. Due to safety reasons it is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications to the unit. Don't use the effect in the presence of persons suffering from epilepsy. CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the top cover. The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within the equilateral triangle is intended to alert the use or the presence of un-insulated "dangerous voltage" within the product's enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock. The exclamation point within the equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operation and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying this appliance. The minimum distance between light-output and the illuminated surface must be more than 0, 5 meters. In case of replacement of the lamp or maintenance, do not open the fixture within 10 minutes until the unit cools down after switching off. Unscrew the screw that closes the lamp compartment of the fixture (see "A" on the picture ). (see "B" on the picture )Tear the lamp socket gently out of the lamp compartment. Hold the lamp socket while unplugging the lamp instead of pulling the cable!Hold the lamp socket while pressing the new lamp gently in the socket. Check the label on the backside of the device or see the technical specifications in this manual to know which lamp should be used. Lamps with higher wattage generate temperatures the device was not designed for. if the device uses a lamp transformer , it will burn due to current overload. Don't touch the bulb inside the reflector of the lamp with bare hands!If you touched the lamp, clean it with a cloth and a little denatured alcohol. The 3-mode switch (5) can be used to control the internal gobo wheel of the unit: o Switch set to "STOP": no rotation o Switch set to "AUTO": continuous rotation o Switch set to "SOUND": sound activated rotation Regular breaks during operation are essential to maximize the life of this device as it is not designed for continual use. Do not switch the unit on and off in short time intervals as this reduces the lamp life. Always unplug the unit when it is not used for a longer time or before replacing the bulb or start servicing. In the event of serious operating problems, stop using the fixture and contact your dealer immediately. Don't use the effect in the presence of persons suffering from epilepsy. [. . . ] Housings, fixations and installations spots (ceiling, truss, suspensions) should be totally free from any deformation. When an optical lens is visibly damaged due to cracks or deep scratches, it must be replaced. The mains cables must be in impeccable condition and should be replaced immediately when even a small problem is detected.
