[. . . ] Not all safety systems are exactly the same, so we advise that you check your MATRIX LIGHT in the car in which it is going to be fitted. It is very important not to use second-hand products, as JANÉ can only guarantee complete safety with items used by their first buyer. JANÉ recommends that you replace your MATRIX LIGHT safety seat with a new one if it has been subjected to violent stresses in an accident. Check that all the straps are in the correct position and duly adjusted to your MATRIX LIGHT. Car seat belt lock that tightens the seat for more stability in the sitting position. This safety device cannot be used without its cover, or be replaced by another cover that is not the original, as this is an integral part of the safety features of the system. Ensure that the belt has not been caught between the folding seats or doors. It is only suitable for cars fitted with three anchoring point automatic belts, approved according to Regulation ECE-16 or other equivalent rules. [. . . ] MATRIX LIGHT 4 Using your MATRIX LIGHT in a pushchair MATRIX LIGHT can be anchored on any JANÉ chassis that has the PROFIX system. 4a - To fit the safety seat on a chassis, insert the connections in the cavity of the chassis and press until you hear a click. 4b - To release your MATRIX LIGHT from the chassis, press the button on the handle and pull the seat upwards.
