Your Jabra SP700 lets you do all this: - answer calls - end calls - reject calls* - voice dialing* - last number redial* - mute - Transfer calls - night driving mode - adjust volume - Transmit calls or mobile music to your car stereo via fm transmitter Specifications - Talk time up to 14 hours (using fm transmitter) / Standby time up to 255 hours - fm transmitter - voice announcements in 10 languages - noise reduction & echo cancellation via DSP - Weight 85 grams - operating range up to 33 feet (approximately 10 meters) - Supported bluetooth profiles: hfP, hSP, a2DP - bluetooth specification (see glossary) version 2 . Pair your speakerphone to your mobile phone Instruction Tap Press Press and hold Duration of press Press briefly approximately 1 sec approximately 5 sec Make sure that your speakerphone is fully charged for two hours before you start using it . Use only the chargers provided in the box - do not use chargers from any other devices as this may damage your speakerphone . Using FM transmitter when voice announcement function is off If voice announcement function is turned off you can select any of the pre-programmed frequency channels in the following order: - When entering Software upgrade mode, the designated ring tone can be heard . - after the "Jabra SP700" appears in the Windows device manager, the car kit software can be upgraded . I hear crackling noises - bluetooth is a radio technology, which means it is sensitive to objects between the speakerphone and the connected device . It is designed for the speakerpone and the connected device to be used within 33 feet (10 meters) of each other, with no major objects in the way (walls, etc . I cannot hear anything on my speakerphone - Increase the volume on the speakerphone - ensure that the speakerphone is paired to a device that is playing - make sure your phone is connected to the speakerphone by tapping the answer/end button . I am having pairing problems - you may have deleted your speakerphone pairing connection in your mobile phone . The next time you power on, the speakerphone will go into pairing mode as the first time you powered your new SP700 on . It can also work with other bluetooth devices that are compliant with bluetooth version 1 . 1 or higher and support a headset, hands-free and/or advance audio distribution profile . I cannot use Reject call, call on hold, Redial or voice dialing These features are dependent on the ability of your phone to support a hands-free profile . Even if the handsfree profile is implemented reject call, call hold and voice dialing are optional features which are not supported by all devices . I can not connect speakerphone and radio via FM transmitter - make sure the radio is turned on and speakerphone is in fm mode (fm Status Icon is on) . - If your radio when searching is not able to find the fm frequency set by your speakerphone, the fm frequency must be tuned in manually on the radio . Please read radio manual to find out how to manually change frequency on your radio . - If your radio is in Ta (Traffic announcement) mode, switch Ta off and your radio should be able to find your speakerphone when using the search function on the radio . - The sensitivity of the search function on your radio determines whether it is able to find the frequency set by your speakerphone . On some radios you are able to adjust the sensitivity thus making it possible to find the speakerphone frequency when searching . It is therefore advisable to use a frequency in the lower or upper end of the fm frequency band (e . 1 or 107, 7 mhz) where you will have the best chance to find a clear frequency . Taking Care of your sPeakerPhone - always store the Jabra SP700 with the power off and safely protected - avoid storage at extreme temperatures (above 45°C/113°f ­ including direct sunlight ­ or below -10°C/14°f) . The use of any other types may damage or destroy the speakerphone and may invalidate any approval or warranty, and may be dangerous . This Warranty does not cover defects or damages that result from: (a) improper storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc . ) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the products or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessories to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Gn . This Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance or installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than Gn or a Gn dealer which is authorized to do Gn warranty work .
