[. . . ] With your thumb, adjust the slider to fit the earloop to the size of your ear. For optimum performance, the microphone should be positioned less than 2 cm from your mouth. To change from left- to right-ear fitting, hold the earloop in your left hand and use your right hand to rotate the boom arm 180° away from the cord. Place the receiver on your ear, and then adjust the headband so the T-bar support is placed just above your free ear. To adjust, gently pull the headband to slide it smoothly in or out of the support piece. For optimum performance, the microphone should be positioned less than 2 cm from your mouth. To change from left- to right-ear fitting, hold the receiver with your left hand and with your right hand turn the boom arm up past the headband. Do not use unnecessary force: the boom arm stops when it cannot turn any further. This headset is ideal if you prefer sound in both ears so that you are not disturbed by sounds around you. To adjust, gently pull the headband to slide it smoothly in or out of the support piece. For optimum performance, the microphone should be positioned less than 2 cm from your mouth. The microphone boom arm can be positioned either on your left side or your right side.
