UV-MEASUREMENT 3c) HOW TO CHECK THE BAROMETRIC PRESSURE 4a) Description The UV-Index (UVI) is an international standard defining the intensity of the UV radiation of the sun. The higher the UVI, the stronger is the UV radiation of the sun and therefore potentially harmful to humans. The UVI makes you aware of this and helps you to choose the correct protection. 4b) UV table and display indicates UV-Index Symbol Level Intensity weak Protection No protection necessary 0 -2. 9 3 - 5. 9 medium Protection necessary: Hat, t-shirt, sun glasses, sun cream The current and historical barometric pressure is shown on the atmospheric pressure window.
