WL100MH (Metal Halide) Figure 4 Feed the matching voltage fixture wire, fixture wire marked "COM", and bare copper fixture grounding wire through the locknut and then out of the fixture. Confirm all unused voltage fixture wires are appropriately capped within fixture body. Feed the (3) fixture wires outside of the fixture through the threaded nipple of the mounting plate. Using provided twist on or other approved connectors, connect the fixture wires to the supply wires. Connect the selected voltage fixture wire to the Black (hot) supply wire. Connect the White fixture wire marked "COM" to the White (neutral) supply wire. Connect the bare copper (fixture ground) wire to the supply grounding wire. Install fixture over mounting plate nipple and tighten locknut to secure fixture body to mounting. Install, close, and secure lens cover with (4) screws making sure that the gasket is properly seated. To weatherproof fixture, seal all holes in housing (mounting conduit, plugs, photocontrols, etc. ) with silicone sealant. To operate, restore power to the circuit and switch light on.
