Enable Daylight Savings The router can also take Daylight savings into account. If you wish to use this function, you must check/tick the enable box to enable your daylight saving configuration (below). You can now configure other advance sections or start using the router (with the advance settings in place) 28 2. 1. 3 Administrator Settings You can change the password required to log into the broadband router's system web-based management. So please assign a password to the Administrator as soon as possible, and store it in a safe place. Passwords can contain 3 to 12 alphanumeric characters, and are case sensitive. The remote management function allows you to designate a host in the Internet the ability to configure the Broadband router from a remote site. Enter the designated host IP Address in the Host IP Address field. This means if you are at home and your home IP address has been designated the Remote Management host IP address for this router (located in your company office), then you are able to configure this router from your home.
