[. . . ] Corp 16000 Version 02/04 Dear User Intelbras Corp 16000 was developed with a maximum capacity of 16 lines and 64 extensions offering many facilities for your daily office telecommunication requirements while optimizing the use of the CSP technology ( control stored program ). The CORP 16000 can be used in either decadic or tone signaling. This manual will guide you through the various operations of your PABX. We therefore highly recommend that you read this manual carefully before attempting to use your equipment. If the call is not answered within the programme dtime, it will be forwarded to another extension set as overflow attendant. [. . . ] Factory setting : no group programmed. 2. 4 GROUP OF EXTENSIONS You can set up to 8 groups with up to 15 extensions, except for the group " multiple ring" which can only have 6 extensions. Each groupo will have a code from 1 to 8, to be used for facilities linked to the group to facilitate the operations. RING DIVERT : number of rings, 3 to 7, before the call is diverted within the group. 1. Distributor The PABX stores the extension to which the call was diverted and forward the next call to the next available as per the programmed order. If the extension is busy or unavailable, the call will be forwarded to the following extension as per the order. 2. Hierarchic Calls are always diverted to the first available extension of the group as per the order. If the extension does not answer the call is forwarded to the next available extension and so forth. If all extensions are busy the call is out on hold until the first extensionis free. 3. Internal transferred calls will also follow the same order of the hierarchic order. If this group receives a direct or transferred call and all the extensions are busy, the call is transferred, to the first extension of the group. 19 2. 4. 1 To Program a Group (1 - distributor; 2 hierarchic ; 3 multiple ring ). Important: - This is the maximum command time of the external activation; - Set the time to 00, if you want to leave the commad time open; - The command can be disactivated before the programmed time by pressing akey or flash. Factory setting : 4 seconds. 2. 5. 6 Number of attempts for external recall Once in programming mode, do the following : + ATTEMPTS - 1 to 9, wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Factory setting : 9 attempts. 2. 5. 7 Time between attempts Once in programming mode, do the following : + TIME - 1 to 9 minutes, wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Factory setting: 1 minute. 2. 5. 8 Activation Time for Doorphone 1 Once in programming mode, do the following : + TIME - 1 to 5 seconds, wait for tone or confirmation prompt. . Factory setting : 1 second. 2. 5. 9 Activation Time for Doorphone 2 Once in programming mode, do the following : + TIME - 1 to 5 seconds, wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Disactivate , wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Example: to anable all extensions for call conference, from the mainextension press 261 . Factory setting : call conference activated. 2. 8 TRANSFERRED CALLS RETURN You can set your PABX to retrun transferred calls that are not answered. . Once in programming mode, do the following : To activate , wait for tone or confirmation prompt. To disactivate , wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Example: to avoid having transferred calls return to the originating extension, press 270. Factory setting : call return activated. 23 2. 9 ACCESSING CSP FACILITIES AND CALL TRANSFER TO OTHER PABX Once in programming mode, do the following : Activating access , wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Disactivating access , wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Factory setting : access disabled. 2. 10 HOLIDAYS You can set up to 16 different holidays for various facilities such as auto-nightmode, auto-activation et alarm. Once in programming mode, do the following : or confirmation prompt. + DAY - 01 to 31 + MONTH - 01 to 12 (corresponding to each holiday), wait for tone Example: to program holiday on 1 may, press 152 + 01 + 05. disactivate , wait for tone or confirmation prompt. Important: - When disactivating the feature all previous configurations will be lost; - Week-ends don't have to be included unless a public holiday coincides with a Saturday when carrying out 2. 10. 1 . Factory setting : no holiday programmed. 2. 10. 1 Programming time of week-end You can set the time when week end starts.
