Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] Please read these instructions carefully and make sure you understand them before using this machine. ⷠNever allow children or people unfamiliar with the instructions to use the lawnmower. ⷠNever mow while people, especially children, or pets are nearby. ⷠKeep in mind that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to other people or their property. [. . . ] NOTE: To assist in locating hole in flanged pin (7), the hole in pin is inline with notch on head of pin. Connect anti-sway bar (1) to chassis bracket (10) under left footrest and retain with double loop retainer spring (B). ⷠTurn height adjustment knob clockwise to remove slack from mower suspension. Gauge wheels are properly adjusted when they are slightly off the ground when mower is at the desired cutting height in operating position. Gauge wheels then keep the deck in proper position to help prevent scalping in most terrain conditions. ⷠAdjust gauge wheels with tractor on a flat level surface. With mower in desired height of cut position, gauge wheels should be adjusted so they are slightly off the ground. The throttle control regulates the engine revs and thus the rotation speed of the blades. = Full speed = Idling speed When the pedal is pushed down the brake is applied and the motor is disengaged. There are four different positions for this lever: N = Neutral (no drive) S = Slow F = Fast R = Reverse The lever can be moved steplessly between S and F to ensure the required speed. Quick lifting/lowering of the cutting unit Pull the lever backwards to quickly lift the cutting unit when passing over irregularities in the lawn, etc. During transporta-tion the cutting unit shall be in the highest position. Ignition Lock There are three different positions for the ignition key: OFF All electric current broken. Never leave the key in the ignition lock when leaving the machine on its own. To release the parking brake all that is necessary is to push down the brake pedal. To tow or move the tractor without the aid of the engine, the free-wheel control knob must be pulled out and locked in position. The wheel is easier to turn if the lever for lifting/lowering of the cutting unit is pulled backwards at the same time. When the engine is cold the choke should be pulled out before starting. When the engine has started and is running smoothly push the choke in. Do not smoke when filling with petrol or fill up when the engine is warm. The combined oil refilling cap and the oil stick is accessible when the bonnet is lifted forwards. SAE 5W-30 oil should be used during the winter (below freezing point). [. . . ] ⷠPull belt out of all belt keepers(6) and remove from tractor. bELT INSTALLATION · Place V part of belt into grooves on engine pulley and front V-idler, making sure to route belt inside of all belt keepers. ⷠRoute belt on right side, coming from V-idler, towards back of tractor, above midspan belt keeper(7) and to top of transaxle pulley. ⷠRoute belt on left side, coming from engine pulley, towards back of tractor and through loop in midspan belt keeper.
