PART (#8140) IS DESIGNED FOR USE WITH ESCALADE'S/YUKON'S/YUKON DENALI'S AND TAHOE'S EQUIPPED WITH REAR BUCKET (QUAD) SEATING. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH A REAR 60/40 SPLIT BENCH SEAT, YOU DO NOT NEED THIS PART. THIS LINER PROTECTS THE THIRD SEAT ACCESS AREA THAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE SECOND SEAT HUSKY LINER (PART #6145).
