Events are marked as green horizontal bars, and occupies the approximate time slot in the vertical bands located at the right side of the date. Touch a date to view the events on that day in Day view. Event reminders If you have set at least one reminder for an event, the upcoming event icon will appear in the notifications area of the status bar to remind you of the upcoming event. Synchronize Microsoft® Outlook® calendar You can synchronize Microsoft® Outlook® calendar on your computer with Google Calendar on the web. Since Calendar on your device can automatically synchronize with Google Calendar, you can access your Outlook calendar appointments and events on your device anytime. Note Make sure that your computer is running on Windows Vista® or 3-bit Windows® XP operating system and that your Microsoft® Outlook® version is 003 or 007. To synchronize your Microsoft Outlook calendar 1. On your computer, download the Google Calendar Sync application from: http://dl. google. com/googlecalendarsync/GoogleCalendarSync_Installer. exe 2. If it doesn't, manually open it from your browser's download window. Read through the Google Calendar Sync Terms of Service, and click I Agree. Managing Your Time 97 6. Follow the screen instructions and click Install to finish the set-up process. When the application is installed, the Google Calendar Sync Settings window will appear.
