Open the bag door and remove the dust bag from the cleaner (see 'Replacing the dust bag’). Press the latch at the top of the pre-motor filter frame to unlock it from the cleaner. In the unlikely event of the filters or dust bag becoming damaged, fit a genuine Hoover replacement.
