Outdoor Use Extension Cords When tool is used outdoors, Grounding This tool should be grounded while in use to protect the ooerator from electric shock. Drill the hole for the HDI anchor and install the anchor into olace. 3. 2. Insert the TE-D-SD Setting Tool into the drill chuck (use same procedure as for a bit). t, lsing both hammering and rotation. Dlace the end of the TE-D-SD Setting Tool into the anchor and "hammer" the plug into the anchor until the setting tool bottoms out on the top of the anchor. The HDI is now "set". Regrinding carbide bits Resharpening can be accomolished with a normal grinding wheel to the angles indicated in the accompanying diagram.
