On Windows Vista, select "Properties" from the "Organize" menu. In the "Properties" screen, click the "Events" tab. Select "SC1:" from the "Select an event" pull-down menu. 5 53 INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE 5 Select "Start this program" and then select "Sharp Button Manager O" from the pull-down menu. 6 7 Click the "Apply" button. Repeat Steps 4 through 6 to link Button Manager to "SC2:" through "SC6:". Select "SC2:" from the "Select an event" pull-down menu. SCANNING FROM YOUR COMPUTER The machine supports the TWAIN standard, making it possible to scan from TWAINcompliant applications. The machine also supports WIA (Windows Image Acquisition), making it possible to scan from the "Scan and Camera Wizard" in Windows XP. For information on TWAIN and WIA settings, see the help file for the scanner driver or Windows Help.
