[. . . ] With the radio transmission system WT-AV 1, you can transmit picture and sound signals from devices which are connected to your television in your living room to an LCD screen or a second television set up, for example, in another room. The device which provides the signals can be, for example, a DVD player, a satellite receiver or a video recorder. Transmitting television signals With the remote control of the device putting out the signals (e. g. For the transmission of remote control signals the infra-red signals of the remote control are transformed into radio signals in the receiver. The transmitter transforms the radio signals back into infra-red signals and transmits them via the infra-red module to the appropriate device, which is also used for the transmission of picture and sound signals.
