Please ensure that the device is protected from moisture (dripping or splashing water), direct sunlight and heat. When deciding where to place the device, please note that furniture surfaces are covered by various types of varnish and plastic, most of which contain chemical additives. If you switch on the device with » II« to begin the playback of a CD-DA, the digital anti-shock system is activated automatically. The antishock system can be switched on and off during the playback of a CD-DA. PLAY CD 01 1 00:26 Press »DAS/FIND« to switch off the anti-shock system. Notes: When you switch the anti-shock system on or off, playback is delayed or briefly interrupted.
