High-speed drive With this high-speed drive the fast rewind time of, for example, of an E-180 cassette is reduced to about 72 seconds. [. . . ] Recording of TV programmes not possible (only snow on the picture screen). Cause Mains plug disconnected or poor contact. Failure of the TV transmitter or defective aerial system. Remedy Insert the mains plug or use a different mains supply socket. Connect the aerial cable. Tune to channel. Check by selecting the channel to be recorded on the TV set, or ask your neighbour if s/he can receive this channel. Cover the opening at the back of the cassette with adhesive tape.
