Sending a Text Message . nüvi 680 Owner's Manual USinG MSn direct USinG MSn® direct The MSN Direct Receiver, which is integrated in the vehicle power cable, receives MSN Direct content such as traffic, weather, gas prices, and movie times. For more information about MSN Direct, see http://garmin. msndirect. com. The MSN Direct Receiver and nüvi must be in range of an MSN Direct coverage area. Your nüvi must be connected to the MSN Direct Receiver (vehicle power cable) to receive MSN Direct content. Reset button Power LED To nüvi power To vehicle connector power outlet Activating Your MSN Direct Receiver To receive MSN Direct content, first you must activate your service (1-year free service included). 1. Connect the vehicle power cable to your nüvi and your vehicle's power outlet. Turn your vehicle's key to the ON/ACC position, if necessary, to power the nüvi.
