As you operate the [v] or [w] key, the selected item and its current setting appear in reverse video. Set the MODE control in another position to close the menu. Press the [v] or [w] key to select OFF or ON. 10 1. 14 Suppressing Interference Interference from other acoustic equipment operating nearby or other electronic equipment on your boat may show itself on the display as shown in Figure 1-27. Press the [+] or [­] key to select degree of suppression desired; OFF, NL1, NL2 or NL3. Press the [+] or [­] key to select clutter rejection level desired.
