Menu ES/NET REC
Item ES 1 Color Curve
Description Selects echo level versus presentation color curve for echo sounder 1. The higher the setting the easier are weaker echoes to see on the display. Chooses "Sonde" to have ship's speed dependent advance of echo sounder picture while shooting net and "KP" to have advance synchronized with transmission. Selects width for sampling echoes along upper half of range marker in horizontal slice display. Sets angle from ship's bow for sampling echoes in PRT/STBD display. You can interlock these items with respective items on sonar connected to the CSH-23F/24F. If you interlock the range, for example, anytime the range is changed on the CSH-23F/ 24F it is automatically changed on the sonar connected and vice versa. Press MENU key to clear all user, data set and system menus settings and restore default settings on all system menus.

Menu NET SHOOT PLAN
Item Net Diameter
Description Sets estimated ship's turn diameter necessary for shooting net, to get accurate depiction of net location mark, which you can display by pressing the NET COURSE key. When you lower the tilt angle the on-screen net location mark enlarges. When the tilt angle is 45° the diameter of the on-screen net is 2 R meters. ) Sets number of net sonde transmitters and their distances between each other. The movement of the net during net shooting is plotted by using water current speed and direction fed from external sensor. The external sensor feeds that data for three depths (layers), thus net movement will be different at each layer. [. . . ] DISPLAY
