If there is a check mark next to Annotations pane, it is already displayed, and you will be closing it. Another way to view the pane is by clicking then Show Annotation Pane. For example, an Annotations pane that looks like this is displayed on the right side of the screen: When viewing the Annotations pane, you can easily access any item you have added. File The File menu provides you with options to open new files, add files to your Library, create a New Reading List, see a file's properties, send a file to an attached handheld device, convert a file to Mobipocket format, update your eNews subscriptions and exit the Mobipocket Reader. Edit The Edit menu allows you to undo your last action or cut, copy and paste text. View The View menu allows you to display the Left pane, the preview pane (if available) and the Annotations pane.
